Independent procurement coordination
Plasma Cutting Machine Sourcing coordinates factory quotations for plasma cutting equipment used in metalworking plants. We match buyer briefs to candidate factories, compare included items and flag open deviations. We do not operate a cutting shop, hold inventory or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Engineering acceptance remains a contract between you and the named supplier.
Independent machinery sourcing means we circulate comparable RFQs. Cut charts, recommended-cutting figures and amperage ratings stay supplier documents. We do not convert a published model page into a performance promise for your plate mix.
Design input is the buyer brief: metal grade, thickness, nest features, destination, three-phase supply, compressed air demand, footprint and whether the RFQ is a plasma power source or a complete CNC table. If you already own a gantry, say so. If extraction is a separate purchase, write the handshake. Missing files do not stop an inquiry, but they force each factory to state assumptions instead of hiding them.
A usable supplier answer names the source, table, torch-height control, extraction, nesting licence, installation and spare parts as separate lines. It should attach the cut chart that applies to your trial plate and the connected load for the proposed skid. We check that answers use the same units: millimetres for thickness, amperes for cut current, kW for connected load, Hz for supply frequency. We do not audit factories in person unless a later contract says so.
Open deviations include source-only versus table packages, handheld recommended-cutting figures used as CNC SAT, and extraction omitted while fume limits still sit with the buyer. Record those gaps before you rank totals. A FAT run on easy mild steel does not close a SAT on your production thickness mix.
Buyer supplies process data and destination. Sourcing coordination means matching, question lists and comparison sheets. Supplier confirms feasibility, documents and commercial terms. Certifications, if required, are files the named factory must provide for the named machine and destination; they are not credentials of this website.
